Pros
The only pro I can think of is the HR Department getting you pay check to you and also the W2 can be emailed.
Cons
They promised raises with work. never gave the raise. They always had the money to buy Cookies and bring them to the office. found another contract and then they wanted to budge on the raise after 2 years working for them.
