You can talk to GM and upper management without any hesitation. 5. Best workload balance. 6. Best in terms of OPD allowance, medical insurance, and other benefits.
Cons
1. In the process of building tech teams. 2. Limited Projects as of now but that is not an issue as the company has very big clients. 3. HR shows discrimination while offering a salary; based on your university. So don't sell yourself for less money, irrespective of your background. (especially for fresh grads.).
