      Comp is good, but not enough to stay because of the negatives.

      Cons

      No real business partnership successes, order takers by trade. Development team is executing 90's style. No cloud strategy. No risk strategy. The IT culture is horrible.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Cons

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
