Pros
The company culture is really great. Everyone is friendly and it’s just an enjoyable place to work. The pay is really good In my opinion as well. Definitely room to grow. Also great work life balance. People don’t stay late too much.
Cons
Corporate management is out of touch. The requirements and goals they set make it apparent they have never worked in our roles.
