Pros
Close knit community with a focus on putting out high quality work. The review process for work is very extensive but in the best way possible so that you learn to put out excellent work
Cons
The pay is not good until you are chartered. I am on minimum for 19-20 year olds and am expecting a £800 raise after the completion of my apprenticeship - including a full level 3 AAT qualification.
