Employee stock purchase plan seems to be a re-occurring topic during town hall meetings and will need to be addressed in order to retain our talent pool. Most employees are aware that the stock purchase plan will be revised but like everything is our world, most are looking for immediate action. The other benefits offered by Integra are generous and on or above the standard at flourishing or established Med device companies. The pros clearly outweigh this singular issue.
