Pros

The pay is good the benefits are good, third shift is great. I work with some good people. Very clean place to work.

Cons

All new management upfront they know absolutely nothing about a machine shop. I have never worked with so many men with such low self esteem, drama kings, talk about everyone behind their backs, even mess with programs and the Machine. No one knows anything so you can't get recognition. New management has screwed everything up by changing things they don't understand, they don't listen to Us. They have PTO but you really can't use it, they don't have sick leave, so unless you know you're going to be sick its unexcuse? you get in an accident on your way to work, it's an unexcused, there's no grace period so if you're late just one minute 5x it's considered one day missed, if you're an hour late is considered one day missed. We have seen them come and go and by god I can't wait till they're gone!

Pros

To provide a balanced perspective, one positive aspect was the company's willingness to offer flexible work arrangements.

Cons

I would encourage prospective employees to carefully evaluate the company culture before joining. In my experience, the work environment lacked the level of professionalism and collaborative leadership I expected. Leadership decisions at the senior level often appeared to be driven by personal viewpoints rather than objective discussion and open engagement. Employees who did not align with the preferred direction could experience resistance rather than constructive dialogue. The culture felt more aligned with a "my way or the highway" management style than a collaborative and inclusive approach. I also experienced situations where information communicated about my performance appeared inconsistent with my actual work contributions and outcomes. Rather than constructive feedback supported by objective metrics and open discussion, I felt there were instances where narratives surrounding performance were inaccurate or misrepresented. This created concerns regarding transparency, accountability, and the overall feedback process. The company has also faced regulatory challenges in the past, which may be worth researching independently as part of your due diligence process. My experience ultimately did not align with my expectations for leadership, transparency, and organizational culture.
