Don't work here. - Supervisor Integral Food Services Employee Review

First, I was staying with company's accomodation and it was hell. It is located in Dafna. We were 12 in a room with 1 CR! No fridge. Only 1 washing machine out of all the girls living in the accomodation (about 50 staff). The food was okay, better you cook your own food because their food will make you sick (salty and oily). So out of your little salary, you have to spend it to have a proper food. Some managers are nice especially if you are a girl, but they treat guys/gays differently. A lot of shouting even in front of the guests, office in HR, very unprofessional. They just literally hire anyone with no skills and capabilities to do the job. If you are too nice, they will abuse you. Delayed salary for months! Salary increase (like 100 QR/year) only if you beg them or tell them that you're leaving. They don't see anyone's worth or appreciate you being hardworking. THEY ARE USER. 12 hours of work with one day off. Stressful work environment.
