Pros

The short 3 hour shifts made it easy to manage college and work. My co-workers were great and we all helped each other out. Most of the seniors were all very nice and pleasant to serve, I had great conversations with so many of them.

Cons

Management was very unorganized. Some workers were very unreliable, would call off their shifts right before work started making everyone else have to work extra late. We would get reprimanded for clocking out past our closing time but we had to clean up the whole dining room after dinner was served which would sometimes take awhile especially when we were short staffed. Wish management was more understandable and wish they would give us better cleaning supplies.

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

Cons

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
