Pros
I have worked in Healthcare for all of my adult life, and this company is truly a breath of fresh air. From the very top of the chain down, the passion for quality care and dedication to the company's core values are seen and felt. Yes, Healthcare is a business, even in an acute care hospital, but ISL prides itself in providing the best for seniors, and I've NEVER felt like they cared more about making a profit than they do about the residents. They truly find, and train people to be the best of the best, they are honest, fair, and fun! I hope to be a part of the ISL family until I am in need of senior housing for myself.
Cons
Nobody is perfect, and no company either, but I have to say they come pretty close. I can't really come up with a con significant enough to put in a review. They should be really proud of what they have created!
