Pros

- Coworkers are great and quickly became friends even in a virtual environments. - Work life balance though sometimes rough is still decent. - direct managers are great and care about you

Cons

- Constant turnover and layoffs. - SaaS side of business has been hung out to dry. No clear direction from upper management. A majority of budget and investment has gone into Pipeline360. - Low employee moral when it comes to overall business outlook - high chance for mass exodus from SaaS employees due to current volatile culture — Little to no room for growth.

Pros

Fully remote and tends to be flexible depending on your position. Unlimited PTO, but again only really flexible/great depending on your position. Some of the folks you get to work with are really sweet, including my former manager and team. The only problem is with all the layoffs, you can't expect them to work with you for long.

Cons

There is no real growth within the company. My department was entirely let go and replaced by outsourcing from India almost a week after promising several members promotions. The company is very clique-y to the point where if you aren't close with the favorites, you tend to get forgotten about. Again, no real growth within the company so it not only takes forever to get hired on full time if your contracted (average time is over a year), but you shouldn't expect to receive any real pay increases. Pay is not competitive at all and is generally lower than the national average. If you work as a Campaign Manager, expect to work late, have meetings at odd hours, and not get the chance to enjoy the unlimited PTO because you're going to have to be fully responsible with finding full coverage (which is near impossible for those guys).
