A company that has everything

Everything includes: 1) Bad leadership 2) Gossip mongers 3) Sexist males (specially COO) and HR 4) Sexual harrasment 5) Bad pay - quite below standard industry level 6) Incapable account leads 7) CEO is also quite incapable - not sure if he is still the CEO 8) Way too much politics and toxicity among people 9) Ohh, also, has a POSH policy but doesn’t apply when needed. Says, men are like this only, what to do? 10) And ofcourse, zero respect for work-life balance 11) Not at all secural - big time hatred and disrespect for Muslims and their culture

Some colleagues are supportive and willing to help, but management has tied their hands.

The work environment is not safe or respectful, especially for women. A manager made inappropriate comments on a woman’s dress, and despite raising this concern, HR and management remained completely silent During the relieving process, there was no proper respect or courtesy shown it felt like employees are valued only until they serve management’s interests.
