Pros

Some great friendly staff to work with. I made some great friends there, have many good memories.

Cons

Was promised on many occasions career progression, professional training/qualifications... However most never materialised, or training that was given was in house and not nationally recognised. It appeared IC24 cut costs with training rather than investing in people. They were happy for staff to leave the company to get experience rather than nurture those who stayed loyal to IC24. Unrealistic expectations when it came to staff morale, always changing rotas to suit business need, which lead to anxiety and stress without a stable working rota. I work to live, not live to work.... Oh and if you want to progress your career, you need to shout... You don't actually need good ideas, or have proof of improvements... So many people have been promoted and yet I struggle to see what actual positives they have brought to IC24.

Pros

Autonomy, most colleagues are very respectful and friendly.

Cons

Senior management is chaotic. Major operational changes are rolled out without proper thought being out into the processes associated with said change. Senior management in cliques. No repercussions for those at the top who are completely unprofessional and incompetent. And people who challenge the norm are overlooked for promotions

Pros

IC24 has a really positive team culture, with friendly and supportive colleagues who make a big difference to the working environment. It’s a collaborative place to work, and people are generally willing to help each other out, especially during busy periods. There is also flexibility around working hours, which supports a good work-life balance. Management are approachable and open to conversations, and there is a clear effort to support staff and maintain a positive working environment.

Cons

The role can be fast-paced at times, with workload levels varying depending on demand. This can require good organisation and adaptability, but it also keeps the work interesting and varied.
