Clicky management, face fits culture. Bullying and blaming is rampant on every level. The SMT tell you to contact them with any problems, they pass the problem back to the person creating the problem and then its buried and life just gets worse. How they have kept their CQC ratings is an absolute CON, they are told when the inspection is going to be and they then make sure that everything is clean and they have staff covering every position. The day before and the day after we are back to normal and having to scrabble around for clinical and non clinical staff. Patient wait times are horrific - some localities have wait times for patients of over 24-48 hours on a busy weekend. But fear not the managers are all at home enjoying their breaks, whilst the underpaid, stressed workforce are busting their guts to get them their bonus payments each year. Experience and loyalty mean nothing to the company. If your face does not fit, then you will be pushed out eventually . Honestly unless you are desperate dont work here, go to Secamb who are just down the road pay better and have proper representation for their workforce.
