Pros
Diverse set of people working here, with a vast array of education levels. Younger company, and a very forward thinking atmosphere. They always listened to what employees wanted/needed and did their best to accommodate. They added a gym in the main building, a snack bar area in the kitchen, large screen tv's, and numerous other little perks that made the employee feel cared for. Ample vacation time, flexible hours, fairly laid back working environment. They encouraged continuing education, listened to and adopted new ideas/strategies from employees, and generally had a good working trust with the people they employed.
Cons
As with any company, there seemed to be the "favorite" employees of upper management. They tended to be in all of their videos, promotional things, holiday party highlights, etc. It may not have occurred to them that we all didn't find those certain people remotely funny or entertaining... yet we were always encouraged to join in on their "awesome new video" or other hijinks. I may have called in sick purposefully on those days.
