Pros
Nice operations headquarters and engineering building, no so nice all the other little office buildings other functions were tucked into. Many employees see very devoted to IDT and would go above and beyond for it to succeed.
Cons
Expected to work holidays with no additional pay, poor at prioritizing corporate goals (everything was most important immediately), friction between cultures in Iowa and Skokie.
