Pros
-Many days of flexible time off -Health insurance -Stress free -Good first job to have for 1-3 years MAX -Good job for someone trying to get a second degree or with other commitments -Very easy work -Life insurance -The people are generally decent
Cons
-Pay is very bad for everyone (research assistants, software people, customer service, scientists, etc.) even if you have a graduate degree -No career track -401K match (when they do match) is a small % of a small salary -Raises are laughable -Don't expect to learn much or grow professionally -No bonuses or other additional compensation
