      Historically great brand with quality products

      Cons

      Senior leadership is clueless about the business. They are only concerned about DBS processes and KPI’s. They set extremely high targets due to a complete lack of knowledge of the space. Expect to be working 50+ hours per week to accomplish all the busy work.
