Pros
The best part of this job was the kids you work with and build a relationship. This was the only positive part of my experience at IDS.
Cons
When I interviewed I was told I'd have more say in what kids I worked with and that'd I'd be at the clinic to start. Neither of this was true, my hours were chosen without informing me first, same with my clients and I did not work only in the clinic. The management here was very confusing, I did not feel welcomed or that IDS was a professional workplace. There was a lack of communication, respect and training from the supervisors. Most weeks at least one client cancels so hours are incredibly inconsistent, sometimes they will still have you go in to work with another client that you're not trained to work with. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
