Pros

The team was full of amazing coworkers that have the ability and grow and thrive if given the opportunity

Cons

Communication is heavily lacking across departments and from upper management, the disorganization of strategy and plans long term is taking a toll on employees, pay is low

Pros

Interning at Integrated Media Group helped me build my marketing skills during my time in school. I was able to learn a lot from the digital marketing team and enjoyed working with them during my semester!

Cons

I would have loved to be involved in more Salesforce and Pardot, but nonetheless, a rewarding experience.

Pros

If an employer does not pay its employees, this fault completely overshadows any pros they may posses.

Cons

I worked for IMG for about a month as an independent contractor Salesforce Consultant. I completed salesforce implementations projects for them, as requested. At first they started complaining about the hours that I logged in the system and I thought it was my fault, or due to miscommunication. However, in the end I realized their complaints were in bad faith because they didn’t want to pay me and to take advantage of me. This is their method of business. In the end they did not pay me for several weeks of work. This is my honest review of my own experience working for them and I just hope it doesn’t happen to someone else.

Integrated Media Group Response

This was an unfortunate situation of an independent contractor trying to take advantage of a small business. This is the first and only of this type of complaint we have ever received. This contractor was falsifying hours and claiming to work on projects where no work was actually done. When our client reached out upset that no progress had been made on their project, we were surprised and immediately looked into it. When we reviewed the account, the contractor in mention did not in fact perform the work they had reported and logged time for, which called for immediate termination. We had to bring in additional resources to work for our client to make sure they were happy with the progress.
