      > The People - there many creative, intelligent and empathetic people that work at IMS > The Benefits - IMS has good benefits and flexibility in your work schedule > The Work - The work is always interesting and there is plenty of it - you never get bored

      Cons

      > In Office/Hybrid work model - People should be allowed to work best in their environment. If qualified candidates excel at working remote, that should be an option in today's workforce. > Training - The technology at IMS is good, however, they need to incorporate more modern training techniques to educate the Users how quickly navigate the system

      Pros

      Application development team was smart and helpful - made me feel welcome and definitely showed me what I needed to learn quickly and efficiently.

      Cons

      One manager under the acting CIO unfortunately has been there way too long. Several HR complaints filed - and shockingly the people that filed the complaints are let go. He makes the women on his team cry after meetings and is an all around bully. Pushes everyone to strive for unreasonable deadlines, and even though I put in about a 7 month period of 70+hours a day I was never given any type of compensation day for not only the extra time worked, but also for the multiple vacation days I was forced to cancel to meet these ridiculous deadlines
