Pretty good pay, descent benefits for small company

As an admin for a new, growing company, changes are expected, but not daily. Also, communication is horrible. How is someone supposed to know something changed if they're not informed?

Higher pay than a lot of other equivalent jobs

Chaotic management, terrible hours, unsafe working conditions, screaming and fighting at all levels of staff including upper management, not an honest company with its staff, customers, or vendors.
