Salary Never On Time every month technical issues with salary. They make you work like slaves, will force you to extend but no extra payment. 1. Worst Management 2. There is no any difference between Recruiter, TL, DL all are on same page 3. HR always take advise from RM's to proceed any query 4. Senior level can't speak English in front of team 5. Big B of company don't have recruitment experience big Laugh on him 6. one Women is ruling on IRI and all are robot in front of her 7. Prohance make you robot .... if you are not on desk for more than 5 minutes they will shoot you a email and you have to give they the entire story, even if you are in the washroom you have to give them what were you doing in the wash room 8. You can't keep cell phone, on entry you have to submit your phone 9. Toxic work environment 10. Open challenge to all big name can't speak with you in English and they are dealing in USA 11. you have to submit 2 candidate every day doesn't matter whether they are small Position or big position 12. None of current employ working more than 3 year because of toxic work environment 13. Hire and fire rule ... hire fresher if they are performing keep they otherwise fire them... please check their skill at the 14. Fake promise they will deduct money from your own salary and they will give it a name as Retention bonus, even if you complete 3 years you will not get that money they will pocket the money. Right from the Owner till the Lower Management all Fake never believe them, they will give all the fake promises but they will never full fill it. 15. Leaves you have to beg for your leaves, and if you ask for a leave you have to tell them a story why you are taking a leave, for what and where are you going, even if anybody is dead in your family they would need a proof.
