Great people to work with. Kind, generous, helpful. Hard workers. In my experience, Managers take different personalities into account and work with them, - building up confidences to create better workers in the long run, giving praise and criticism when due . When a situation arises, they will also stand by their staff if warranted. They will suggest alternative actions to take should the problem come up again, and back you up when you do your job and the customer doesn't want to play along. I really like that managers are people, just like us!!! Happy, smiles, sharing. Well done ISN!!
Cons
Could use more $$$'s especially with the cost of everything jumping to heights where I can not afford to buy necesseties. Managers are often TOO busy and we have to wait in line to get the answers we need to proceed with our work.
