-They pay well to attract top talent from the big companies because no one knows their brands and that's the only way (pay) they can get some traction - Toxic Culture - everyone is working for themselves and there is no team ambience as such which they might advertise in their job add - HR is helpless ..everyone person is trying to survive themselves - Internal office look reminds of 90's look ..the managers will write down targets on the wall, stick papers on the wall and expect everyone employee to remember the numbers as they can ask anytime even if you stand up to go to bathroom
