Pros

They allow corp-to-corp contracts,ts which are very rare these days. The recruiters are always there for help and keep a contact with you monthly to see how the contract is going

Cons

They do project support for other companies. They treat you as if you were not part of Integris, they are always looking for someone to blame when things don't go how they want, and they micromanage everything you do. The recruitment team is always asking how you are. However, management is super unprofessional, they just got me on a call and told me this was a termination call, they didn't take the time to explain why, they just stated, you know why. It was so unprofessional that the other manager in the call had to call me to explain that he didn't expect that, that was a decision taken by the other manager and was even unexpected for him as well, and he just wanna make things right etc.

Pros

I can honestly say that working at Integris Group is unlike anywhere else I’ve been. The culture starts at the top and it really shows. Leadership leads with integrity, empathy, and humility, and that mindset trickles down through every interaction. People here genuinely care about each other and our clients, and it’s not just lip service. It’s baked into how decisions are made every day. What stands out most is how we treat both employees and clients. We listen to understand, not just to sell, and we approach challenges openly and honestly. Internally, flexibility and respect for your values, family, and commitments aren’t just talked about, they’re practiced. Everyone is encouraged to grow, be curious, and bring their best self to work. It’s a place where tough conversations are safe because trust and respect are built in, and where the goal is always to leave people and clients better than where they started. The leadership team invests in people in a way that actually transforms how you work and the results you deliver. If you’re looking for a company that doesn’t just talk about culture but actually lives it, and where the journey is as meaningful as the outcomes, Integris Group is that rare place.

Cons

The fast-paced, high-growth environment keeps things challenging, but it also provides incredible opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and make a meaningful impact every day.
