      - employers always open to dialogue - salary has never been late in 3 years I've been employed - employers always looking for a job that matches your profile - very helpful and welcoming team - large company which gives stability to the employee

      Pros

      You are heard and given the chance to contribute on projects.

      Cons

      Project ownership and promotions are only rewarded with more and more charges, and no finantial compensation. The CEOs have this "company is family" thing when asking everyone to work extra time, but when it's about to give the proper compensation to the team, all you get is a kudos message.
