Terrible Company - Sad Leadership - General Manager Integrity 1st Automotive Employee Review

I've worked for my fair share of auto shops and I can say genuinely that my time with Integrity 1st so far has been unlike the others. There is light at the end of the tunnel and a lot of opportunity for me. Not every day is roses and sunshine, but I love what I do and I like that I have a team around me who share the same vision and want to grow and improve. It's hard to find that sort of culture in this field.

They do push you to improve, provide coaching and policies that at first feel like a nuisance - in other words, they take you out of your comfort zone/complacency. It can be argued that many shops do this; but for the first time when I did actively improve I was actually rewarded for those improvements and actually moved up in the company!

Off weekends and Holidays. Software is very user frendly.

There is no Integrity here at all, the day they do not need you anymore they are gone. Every location is a different company (LLC). Offer benefits but you pay for all of them and they were the worst I ever had. Upper management abuses their power and micro manage. There are a lot of shady things here, If you have Integrity you will question their practices!!!
