Everyone has a team spirit and is willing to work hard together to get the job done. No micro management at the slightest. The owner trusts everyone to get the job done and represent the company with integrity. That trust goes a long way
Cons
With being a smaller company and still in the growth stage, there can be unnecessary confusion due to lack of direction, approvals and communication. This however is a known struggle and slight improvements are already being made
