CEO is personable and passionate about the contracts he supports. The company is small but supports some really cool things as subs of larger companies. Things that attracted me to them.

Small company equals limited growth. Bad PTO policy. It seems HQ personnel are on PTO/sick leave (counted as same) a LOT, but employee work days/times are monitored closely. Might account for slow/poor response from HR and PM. Very high employee turnover rate.
