Pros
Laid back company. Excellent pay and benefits for the area. Vast majority of the employees are an absolute pleasure to work with. They work around the edge of new technologies in cloud computing, etc.
Cons
No support for employees who are not software developers. No structure to the organization, no one is even sure who is in charge of support staff. The leadership consists of a few people who knew each other from Church, they are nowhere near prepared or skilled enough to lead a technology company that operates on a national level.
