Almost everything. The culture is great. The work hours are great and flexible. The colleagues are great. You get training and expensive certifications paid for. You get to work at your own pace most of the time. It also has some cool parties and benefits.

The salary is a bit low compared to the industry, but not compared to portugal as a whole
