      most people are pretty friendly, managers want to see you do well and will work with you on meeting your goals

      Cons

      health insurance benefits aren't great, they're relatively expensive. the office gets loud with so many people on the phone at once

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
