None that I can think of.

Cons

Long hours, hardly any PTO. If I remember correctly first year was 10 hours. Expensive healthcare. Frat House atmosphere. Playing stupid loud boom box when someone gets a sale. It’s very annoying when on the phone and that music is blaring in your ear. Very unprofessional.

The lights were on, horrible energy though.

Cons

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
