      There are tons of PRO'S - Attentive managers that understand, for example if you are going through something they will always go out there way to help any way they can. - Pay is great - Team outing are a lot of fun. Every quarter they do something special for everybody, One year we went to WTR, rented out a movie theator, paint balled, went to a durby

      Cons

      Every job has there cons you always have to find your place to make the best of it. I started out as a broker and it was demanding, You have to be really independent, I was going through some medical issues which hindered me on being on my account solo so i was able to find a new position within the company, Now i am the happiest i have ever been

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
