Pros
The culture of IFFG is one of professionalism. There is access to help at anytime and we still have fun while we work hard. Mortgage processing is a job that can become tedious and very stressful in any company but the environment that IFFG continually creates makes coming to work enjoyable. I want to produce more because I love my team. I highly recommend IFFG to anyone who works hard and desires to grow their career in the mortgage industry. The benefits are also one of the many reasons to work here. There are various options to choose from and I find them to be by far more affordable than any of my previous employers.
Cons
IFFG has a variety of options in the types of loans that are offered and it can become a lot in trying to learn all of the different guidelines - but there is a wealth of resources and as far as I have experienced there is always someone to reach out to who is willing to teach you. This is not really a negative but an experience to learn and grow. In my experience with IFFG there is no actual negative aspect to working here.
