Cons
Family owned business that heavily favors their family and personal friends regardless of work performance. They will keep people they call loyal around forever that don’t do quality work. If you take pride in your work, management will take advantage to compensate for the loyal ones that leave and abandon their daily work. If you are not a relation/close friend to the president or vice you will feel the favoritism. If you voice a concern it doesn’t matter how polite or professional you word it, you will be essentially punished for it by management for opening your mouth because they honestly think it’s a perfect workplace. They won’t listen to the negativity. Also, expect to attend the Christmas parties. If don’t...you won’t get a bonus if they give them out and you will be told it was a last minute decision as a prize. Even though the bonus comes as a taxed bonus check. This place is the one of the saddest, pathetic, most frustrating places I have ever been employed. I encourage anyone considering this place to think twice.
