      I liked working here as a nurse. My coworkers were nice and I felt like the company cared about it's employees.

      Cons

      Upper management non nursing was involved, basically in charge of, nursing department decisions, but they didn't understand the needs of our department.

      Pros

      Staff really cares about gelping people. They do their best to keep each other's spirits up. Formed a close bond with my coworkers. CEO is a gem who shows top-down commitment to the mission.

      Cons

      The clientele can be difficult. Burnout is common.
