      Pros

      Integrity is a great place to work. You are challenged to work hard and are rewarded with fair compensation, a great "all hands on deck" culture, and a fairly flexible work schedule. Its a fun place to work and you are able to have an impact on the business.

      Cons

      Integrity is a small company with big goals, so at times you are doing quite a bit of work outside of your normal job duties in order to foster an environment of results
