Pros
Strong leadership, teammates that go the extra mile for everyone no matter what every day and strong recognition for your hard work. This company has also very successfully transitioned to a work remote environment flawlessly, very supportive even though we are not "in an office".
Cons
Some days can be long but if you are willing to put in the work then it is very lucrative.
