Collegial work culture, flexible, in tune with technology, award-winning 8(a) small business. Great benefits. Social events to celebrate wins etc. No discrimination by age, gender, race, religion, or ethnicity.Multiethnic and diverse. Provide access to to tools to get the work done.
Cons
None really. I just wished they had more prime contracts. Also would also like to see them branch out into work with more federal agencies.
