A good place to work - Network Engineer Integrity Technology Solutions Employee Review

Integrity is the best place to work if you are looking for an organization that is intentional with collaboration, learns and teaches every day, lives by their core values day in and day out and challenges you to grow in your profession and your career.

The only con I can think of is that if someone is coming from a large company (there are a few large insurance companies in our area) that the work they do there doesn't always translate well to a mid-sized company in a very fast pace environment. We like to work quickly, but accurately and while some would argue this is great for building skills and critical thinking (which I agree with), some would say they are just not built for a smaller environment where they get to be decision makers and make immediate impacts and would rather work at a slower paces in a very large organization.

Very collaborative team culture where everyone genuinely supported learning and success. Very easy to settle in with this team.

Fast-paced environment with high call volume made relationship-building challenging. Company maintained high transparency on internal job postings that were later closed due to low demand.
