      Pros

      I've been working in the company for almost a year now and can't really think of anything negative to say. Colleagues are awesome, everyone is really flexible on work from home / work from office, as someone based in Bulgaria that is working for UK timezone i get additional benefit of skipping traffic on my way to the office, work trips are one of the best parts of the job - so far i've been to Dublin twice and I got to meet a lot of great people in person and have fun in the process. Compared to other places i've worked at management team is actually good and try their best.

      Cons

      For me a con is that HQ are in Dublin / London so i need to communicate via teams with some members of the team.

      Pros

      It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

      Cons

      Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.
