Pros
Remote work, health insurance, they tried to adjust the working times to worker needs, part-time option.
Cons
KPI focused, a lot of pressure, workers are definitely just numbers, no progression opportunities although they do advertise it. Extra hours not paid if a call enters even a few seconds before clock out, however if their system fails and you cant clock in due to it, you will be penalized.
