Cons
Working in this company is a mix of good and bad experience for me. There was never a room for growth. They offer services that they don't have the man power to fulfill and underpay employees regardless of the amount of work and tasks you're doing in and out of your SOW. The only time the management will see you, is if a problem escalates or if you resign.
