Pros
The support staff including upper management, production managers, admin, and data department are all friendly and helpful. We are compensated fairly and always on time. There are many personal advantages that come with the ability to work remotely. We have an opportunity to hear from our company's CEO each month during a team call.
Cons
Working from home does require a bit more discipline than working in an office environment. A less focused individual could find themselves distracted or getting off task.
