- The tech is very dated / version locked. Instead of innovating, Intelex has opted to acquire smaller companies and bolt these products haphazardly to their main offering. - The pay is very low for the tech industry, and in the last few years, Intelex has started employing cheaper offshore tech workers (who generally produce poor quality work) - Once Fortive / Industrial Scientific acquired Intelex, the employee experience eroded completely.
