Horribly ran company, with executives who have low moral compass - Anonymous employee InteliTrac Employee Review

Be very weary if you are non salaried person. You will have no benefits and a promise of future benefits will NEVER come. Executives do not care if you have been there for a few months or a couple years they will treat you as if you are expendable and to them you are. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL your complaints will go unnoticed and unanswered. All of the executives either are related or went to college together good luck getting into any position that is of value to this company. And when it is time to get paid don't expect it to be on time, the finance department (which is made up of one individual) will almost every single month have your low wage check not on time. When you do make complaints or suggestions either you are a martyr now or they will go without any notice the HR department (which is basically one individual) is something that you can not rely on either. WAY TOO MUCH NEPOTISM I'm not sure how they have kept in business with such poor business methods and horrible morals but considering that they have a hard time paying people I can really suggest that this company isn't doing the best.
