Pros

Great company to work for if you are up for the hustle and bustle. Never a dull moment and every quarter feels like something new is about to burst forth and eat you up. Enjoyable if you are looking something that is every changing, balancing a start up environment with the necessary processes and protocols.

Cons

It's not wholly flexible, and you will be expected to be in office a few days a week!

Pros

1. Talented, diverse colleagues with strong skill sets and good judgment — the company does a good job attracting capable people. 2. Clinical and client-facing work is rewarding; the mental health service side is meaningful and the care staff are generally excellent. 3. Some departments are well-run and offer a positive day-to-day experience. 4. Overall an enjoyable place to work, with good people around you.

Cons

1. Unlimited PTO was introduced and trialed then quietly rolled back after misuse — a policy decision that reflects poorly on how leadership handles trust. 2. Senior leadership has had significant turnover in the past 12 months, creating instability and lack of direction. 3. Chronically understaffed for the past 6 months after a reset, which makes any real work-life balance difficult to maintain. 4. Ongoing messaging to "leverage AI" for productivity without addressing the underlying resourcing issues. 5. Compensation is below market rate; counter-offers only come when you're already walking out the door — a sign they know they're underpaying you. 6. The monthly Bar Raiser recognition feels like a popularity contest driven by peer voting rather than genuine performance merit. 7. I've heard horror stories from backend team but they maybe just people privately venting
