      getting into intellect will give you job security, good pay and peace. But they are very rigid with location and timings. zero tolerance for wfh, specified colour of clothes for specific days and a lot of internal politics among HR department. If you feel like you may ignore everyone, then you should move ahead with this company.

If you feel like you may ignore everyone, then you should move ahead with this company. they offer a paygrade which you'll not get easily in the market which makes it difficult for you to switch and good for them to retain
